Ribbon UA guarantees the quality of all printed products. Each batch of labels undergoes quality control before shipment, and we pay close attention to compliance with the approved technical specifications.
Since labels are produced as custom orders, the warranty does not cover standard issues related to print or design features that were approved by the Customer before production began.
If the delivered labels do not match the approved technical specifications, we take full responsibility and will promptly resolve the issue — either by reprinting or offering compensation.
Returns and Exchanges
General Terms
According to Ukrainian law and considering the specifics of label production, returns or exchanges are not accepted if:
The order was produced in accordance with the approved technical specifications.
Minor variations fall within acceptable production tolerances (e.g., slight color differences within the range of the color proof).
A return is only possible if the product significantly differs from the approved specifications (e.g., wrong size, material, printing on the wrong side, manufacturer’s text error, etc.).
Return Procedure
If you receive defective or non-compliant products, please send the following information to info@ribbon.ua or via Viber +38 (063) 327 64 44:
A photo of the defect (clearly showing the issue)
A brief description of the situation
Your full name, phone number, and order number
A manager will contact you to clarify details and arrange a resolution.
Refunds
In the case of confirmed defects or order discrepancies, refunds will be issued to the buyer’s payment card within 2–5 business days after verifying the issue and (if necessary) receiving the returned items.
